Ernest Tsifodze is a coach and an author on leadership. He is the author of “A Life Beyond the Ordinary” and “Minerals for the Mind”. He is also the founder of Leaders of Change, a leadership organization that trains about 500 youth from different parts of the world every month on leadership and personal development themes. Ernest holds a BSc. in Real Estate from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana, and had his Post Graduate Studies in Built Environment from Anant National University, India. He was a Local Pathway Fellow at UN Development Solutions Network-Youth. He is a Sustainable Leader with United People Global. He champions Education and Literacy development in deprived communities as Project and Programs Lead for Ideas and Books.
