No Need For Competition

When we truly understand the difference between mission and vision, we are protected from jealousy. One day the owners of McDonald’s franchise and the owner of the Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) franchise decided they were going to have a lunch.
Probably because they were competitors everyone would be thinking where would they have their lunch? They went to Pizza Hut! During lunch, someone asked, “Excuse me, gentlemen. Aren’t you competitors?” They responded, “No.” My friend added, “He doesn’t sell what I sell. I don’t sell what he sells. How can we be in competition?” Then the person asked further, “Why did you come here?” He replied, “We didn’t feel like eating burgers or chicken. We felt like eating pizza!”
Lesson

Don’t you dare imitate others or jealous others.  If you try to imitate others, you won’t fulfill your specific vision God has given you, and you won’t have His full blessing. Each of us must measure the success of our visions by God’s assignments to us. We need to ask ourselves, “Am I doing what God told me to do? Learn to be in your lane and run your race. It doesn’t matter the time. You have to believe God will make you see the light at the end of the tunnel.
