If You Put Small Value On Yourself, The World Won’t Raise The Price

If I asked you what do you see when you look into a mirror, I believe you would tell me you see yourself. The way you see yourself is very important. The person you see in the mirror is a great person. I often tell people that the lion is not the biggest, tallest or heaviest in the jungle but the lion is the king. The whole point of what makes the lion unique has to do with how the lion sees itself.

In their book The Answer, businessmen-authors John Assaraf and Murray Smith talk about the negative messages children receive growing up. They write,

By the time you’re seventeen years old, you’ve heard “No, you can’t,” an average of 150,000 times. You’ve heard “Yes, you can,” about 5,000 times. That’s thirty nos for every yes. That makes for a powerful belief of “I can’t.

You have to stop telling yourself you can’t do. Instead, start planning; devise strategies on how to get there. You have to engage in constant learning. If you improve yourself, things around you will improve as well. You have to build that confidence in order to face your dream. Trust me the world would salute you if you make the happen.

As industrialist Charles Schwab said, “When a man has put a limit on what he will do, he has put a limit on what he can do.”

You are a very important person and you must work out your mind to behave and live as such. Nothing in this world should prevent you from getting to your goals. You are to remain focus in your pursuit of purpose
