In the beginning of my life I choose to be a ladder climber rather than a ladder builder. And I made the wrong decisions. I worked hard to climb faster than others in every area of my life.
I later changed to a ladder builder. I began to complete others rather than competing with them. I realize that when others win with me it is more rewarding than my personal success.
Success will always create a gap between me and others. It is my responsibility to close that gap. I don’t want fans, I want friends. People know about me but they don’t know me. To be unconditionally love makes me happy. I want people who can touch my soul.
It is important to let others get what they want and they will in return help you get what you want.
